On this episode, I share a few reflections on summer and what I've learned this summer. It's very easy to focus on the micro aspects of life. But with any work we do, we have to zoom out to see the full picture. That's we can take a true assessment of how well we're doing. Remember it's all apart of our making. Trust yourself and your journey.

Often times we place too many expectations on ourselves. We're not meant to show up the same daily. Allow yourself the grace and freedom to move AT YOUR PACE!

On this episode, I discuss how some of our perspectives keep us in bondage; basically, get out of your own way and head. Our own expectations or romanticizing our future can hinder us from seeing what's in the present; that's the only thing we can control anyway. Well that and ourselves. Don't get so hung up on what you "think" your life is supposed to look like when you're in a certain position, allow the future to unfold, to surprise you, that way you can enjoy the ride on the way there.

Did y'all miss me? Because I definitely missed ya'll! Life has been "lifing" and I had some family priorities that needed my attention.
