This is Sierra! Sierra is a vocal teacher, a singer/songwriter, a therapist in training, and was the keynote speaker at the BLM rally in Edmonton this past June. She is a descendent of the largest most northern black community in the world, Amber Valley. In this episode, Sierra teaches me about Amber Valley, racism in Canada, mental health in covid, relationship, setting boundaries and making space for people.
