Life can be so busy that we don't appriciate how much we do and how far we have come stop for a moment and appriciate your journey. You are doing your best 💕

Children are able to ask for what they need and as mother's we respond immediately to their needs. Why don't we do the same for our own needs?

Make time to check on your people. Don't wait to hear bad news before you reach out.
