In the last episode of our Grief to Goodness Series, we talk to Patti LaFleur, care-partner to her mother Linda, who is living with dementia.
Patti tells us all about her mindset of channeling positivity and love into her role as her mother's caregiver, or "care-partner" as she calls it. She explains how her experience and training as a Kindergarten teacher helped her in this role. In this episode, Patti inspired us to be more empathetic, and see the world more through our loved ones with dementias eyes. We think she's incredible and we hope you feel the same!
