The great Kerry footballer Dr Sean Murphy has died. The man from Camp whose club was Dingle played in five All-Ireland finals and won three. His performance in Kerry’s 1959 victory over Galway was so brilliant that the game became known as ‘The Seán Murphy All-Ireland.’ Jerry spoke to broadcaster John Drummey who interviewed Dr Sean last year as part of the Legacy Series which aired on Radio Kerry.
