Do you remember what it was like to be part of a tightly knit team, where you not only had to pull together to succeed but also depended on each other for comfort and companionship?  We'll share some funny incidents and some bitter-sweet memories of our time performing in Color Guard, and Drum Corp, and what it was like to be on tour --  reminding you of the camaraderie, the fatigue, the anxiety, and the thrill of the competition.  Our mystery guest, Tommy Lee chimes in on all the memories and reminds Carmen of what she meant to the activity. 

Amidst the nostalgia, we'll also take a moment to stress the importance of regular medical check-ups and discuss the often-overlooked Hashimoto's disease. 

We also hope to remind everyone how important it is to lean on our friends and loved ones during tough times. And to stay in touch with those who matter!  It's a funny, sweet show of remembrances and a reminder of friendships that last a lifetime.
