It’s like having a shop on the high street vs a back alley with no footfall.

Everyone wants to be on the high-street where all the customers are walking. 

But if you’re not being seen…new clients are few & far between.

That’s what lead me to identify 5 actionable algorithm triggers

That will guarantee to create more engagement & content visibility.

Anyone can trigger the algorithm to work in their favour.

It’s just a case of ‘knowing’ how.

If you're looking to become an online fitness coach, you're in the right place. In this pod, we're going to take you through seven simple steps to help you become a successful online fitness coach.

Step one is to get certified and gain some experience. While certification isn't necessary, it will certainly help establish credibility. You can also gain experience on the gym floor or through a nutrition course like Precision Nutrition.

Step two is to come up with what you want to sell or offer. There are many ways to go about this, such as building a membership site with resources, launching a group coaching offer, or selling one-on-one coaching services.

Step three is to pick an ideal online client. It's helpful to choose a specific group of people so that you can tailor your marketing and program to them. This will help you stand out in a crowded market. Remember, problem plus target market equals niche.

Step four is to set up a payment processor. You'll need something to take payments and collect monthly payments. Stripe is a popular choice for its reliability and 2.9% fee. However, there are other options, like GoCardless, which offers a lower fee.

Step five is to come up with a marketing strategy. Choose one or two platforms, like Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn, that you want to target. Create content that touches on three things: vision, value, and connection.

Step six is to collect results and transformations. Run incentives to join your online program, get beta testers, collect transformations and results, and build your confidence. This is also an opportunity to increase your pricing along the way.

Step seven is to review, improve, and build. Things change fast online, so it's essential to review and improve your services regularly. Consider adding a better quality service, layering in another platform for growth, or establishing another lead generation channel like referrals, paid marketing, collaborations, or a content creation growth strategy.

Quick update:

If you’ve been following along - you’ll know I’m closing access to the RCA on April 30th!

Here’s the deal & where this decision is coming from..!!

Last quarter we had our biggest quarter in our 5-year history.

We took on a bunch of GREAT clients!

But right now - Every client works with me directly (no assistant coaches here)

Pros: clients sign-up to work with me, so they get to work with me.

Cons: I can’t take on an infinite amount of clients - especially when I need time to do other things too.

So that’s why I’ve decided over the next few months to focus on research, development & supporting my existing clients.

(PLUS: I’m relocating to the other side of the country in less than 25 days)

Here are some of the things I’m going to be looking into, maintaining & actioning next:

Producing weekly podcast content & free value (nothing changes here) Search “Remote Coaches” 

Producing content for my Youtube Channel (looking to create higher quality content & grow the channel - it’s currently tiny, but we’ve done lots of business from here already)

Attending events/networking (i’m going to make an effort to get out more - starting with the fit expo in Manchester next month)

Explore doing UK & US events.

It’s been on my mind since I went to Canada earlier this year (another reason why I’m going to events to get a feel for what we might want to create)

Next…research, innovation & new training inside the RCA..!! Marketing & online coaching changes VERY quickly.

I want to make sure our clients have the most up-to-date tools, strategies & insights

Look at what we can build/offer beyond our initial RCA program for those who are looking to become CEOs & not just solo online coaches/business owners.

Further, optimise our client acquisition process (make it more efficient) & save time (that we can then teach to our clients)

RCA expansion! We will need new infrastructure to grow client numbers in the future - So this is something I’m going to be thinking about too.

Looking at how to better integrate our Klinetware software into the RCA program & create additional support inside RCA (we just added a new call for clients next week).
