Happiness and Joy are your namesake

Do you want to transform your life?

To make happiness a thriving state in most moments, you begin with a positive mindset, a loving mindset, actions of kindness and love to all others and towards yourself ~ and you practice this.

If living and being happy was not something that was taught to you, you may need to practice living with a new mindset and new ideals.

Look at HAPPINESS (and/or whatever adjective you choose ~ love, peace, contentment, positivism, self-love) AS YOUR NEW NORMAL.

Then to ask yourself the question – How can I make happiness and joy my everyday, every moment state?
