The Spirit of love living in us through Christ Jesus will make it possible  for us to love one another. The Spirit of God Speaks" Love one another, and Be Holy as He is Holy."  God will bless America and all nations who will set there affections on the things of God that are above and not of the things in the earth.  People Bless God. The word bless has been defined to " make Happy"
