Welcome heathens welcome to the world of the weird and unexplained. I’m your host, Nicole Delacroix and together, we will be exploring stories about the weird, wonderful, unexplained, eerie, scary and down-right unbelievable. There will be tales of ghosts, murder, supernatural beings and unexplained mysteries. So, sit back, grab your favorite drink, relax and prepare to be transported to today's dark Enigma....

On Todays dark Enigma we will be looking into ancient myths and legends of mysterious underground cities filled with secret chambers, passages, shrines and tombs. But before we jump into today’s story we have a little business to take care of, that’s right, our drinking game. So for today I’m feeling very Greek, so how about we do shots of Ouzo or even Sambuco? Whatever, you guys pick what you want. As for the game part, every time I say underground that will be a single shot and every time I say secret that will be a double shot. As always, the drinking game is only for those of you that are at home and have nowhere else to go this evening. And as always, make sure you drink responsibly. Alright, now that we have that bit of business out of the way, we can now jump headlong into today’s topic. Underground cities of the world.

Ancient myths and legends tell of several mysterious underground cities filled with secret chambers, passages shrines and tombs. Many of these remarkable underground worlds remain shrouded in mystery because we have not been able to locate them yet. There are also fascinating very old underground tunnels, caves and cities that have been discovered, but the history behind them remains unsolved because we have no idea who built them and for what purposes.

Some of them are real. Some haven't been found yet and perhaps some are never meant to be located… but each has a story to tell us and we’re going to touch on each of them briefly. Now, the ones I’m covering are not by any means the only underground cities because as you know, we’ve only found about 10 percent of all the ancient civilizations on this planet, so there is so much more for us to learn out there, so take this episode as a jumping off point. And we’re going to start with one of my favorite civilizations, Egypt!

Gucci creative director Alessandro Michele has made a clear abortion rights message in his latest Cruise collection, as the debate over abortion heats up once again in the United States.

The collection, shown to a VIP crowd Tuesday evening in Rome’s Capitoline Museum, featured a purple jacket with the slogan “My Body, My Choice” on the back, and a sweater emblazoned with the date “May 22, 1978,” marking the day that abortion became legal in Italy. A belted gown was embroidered with a flowering uterus.

Michele said new restrictions on abortion in the United States “made me consider how much women should be highly respected.”

e EF0, EF1 and EF2s on the Enhanced Fujita Scale. But 23 were classified as EF3 tornadoes, with wind speeds of 136-165 mph. The strongest confirmed tornado this year was the EF4 tornado that killed 23 people in Alabama in March.

So far this year, 38 people have died in 10 tornadoes in the United States, including a combined seven within the last week in Iowa, Missouri, Oklahoma and Ohio.

The relative quiet in recent years followed the massive tornado that killed 161 people and injured more than 1,100 in Joplin, Missouri, in 2011. The EF5 storm packed winds in excess of 200 mph and was on the ground for more than 22 miles.

Monday’s outbreak was unusual because it occurred over a particularly wide geographic area. Eight states were affected by two regional outbreaks, in the high Plains and the Ohio River Valley.

People with psychotic mental illnesses are more vulnerable to radicalization - hear why, and look at new rules
requiring psychiatrists to report such patients, and two cases of terrorists on trial who have psychiatric problems.

It was determined, in France, that 1/3 of the people who were allegedly radicalized had psychological disorders.
So, the French Minister of Health has just decreed that patients committed involuntarily to a psychiatric hospital
must have their name and date of birth reported, so they can be compared to the profiles on the Terrorism
Prevention and Terrorization Reporting file - to see if there’s a match. This controversial decree is currently
being appealed, and is not unlike the U.S. controversy regarding whether psychiatrists should report patients
who would be dangerous if they possessed guns.

But, terrorists with psychiatric disorders are not only in France. In Chicago, Adel Daoud was just sentenced to
16 years in prison for having pressed a detonator on what he thought was a car bomb, but was actually a fake
bomb from an undercover FBI agent who had been surveilling him. Originally, the judge declared him mentally
incompetent to stand trial because Daoud believed his lawyers and the judge were lizards and had other delusions.
After treatment, at sentencing, he apologized and said he realizes he was crazy during the time he plotted terror
attacks.

In Arizona, coworkers of Ismail Hamed had noticed his odd behavior, such as using his employee radio to shout
“We are under attack!” and standing on a grocery belt yelling, “Bomb!” But, it wasn’t until he called 911 and swore
allegiance to ISIS that he came to authorities’ attention in regard to terrorism. He is charged with assaulting a
sheriff and with spreading Islamic State propaganda, such as his admiration of Omar Mateen, the Pulse
Nightclub terrorist, and video from cleric Anwar al-Awlaki.
