What goals are you not accomplishing? What joy are you missing out on? I have one statement that can fix it all and change your life! But I promise it’s worth it!

Life is cyclical! It’s seasonal! This is the way we were designed! Stop fighting your season and embrace it.

The ego is not our friend sometimes. We play all the worst case scenarios over and over in our mind. This weeks episodes dives into my new adventure and how my ego has been hammering away at me! What’s holding you back from your next adventure? *please give grace for the horrible audio. I recorded this episode twice and there was still static. My choice was to release it or skip a week due to time constraints. So, I’m taking my own advice and allowing it to be done without perfection vs not done.

Stop wasting your time reassuring yourself that things will go smoothly. Or reassuring yourself of people’s responses. Because you cannot guarantee those things. What you can guarantee is you being there for you!
