Rejection has so many layers that can cause many psychological side effects such as; trauma, depression, pain response, anxiety/stress, and abuse. "Forgiveness is not an occasional act, it is a constant attitude."-Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

A lot of times the first place unforgiveness begins is in the mind of a person. They replay scenarios of the past hurt in their mind that someone or even themselves could have caused which leads to their heart to become an attitude of unforgiveness.
