In this episode, Terces reminds us that we always have a choice.  Having just come through the LNU Lightning Complex fires, she is present to the choice people are making as some sit in despair and others begin the repairing phase. She reminds us that it isn’t good if you are in repair and bad if you are in despair, it is simply where you are.  And we are always just a choice away.
