The Inspiration Festival is an annual global online event that celebrates Breathwork and fosters knowledge sharing through workshops and live sessions, all in front of a live audience on Zoom.

This year's theme, "Expansion - Breathing Beyond the Known", invites everyone to explore the boundless opportunities that our breath brings, unlocking the potential to venture into uncharted territories that our minds can't even fathom.

In addition to our intellectual growth, we are also physically expanding the festival.
