💥 Join me today on the podcast (link below) as I exhort: Don't be up on a rooftop somewhere, looking at stuff you have no business looking at and then you fall into sin! How can we ever forget the sin of King David with Bathsheba. King David on a little sabbatical from the rigorous toils of battle, was up on his rooftop one day when he spotted a beautiful woman taking a bath! David was instantly distracted and had to have this woman. He ordered that she be brought to him, and they started to have an adulterous affair, for she was married to Uriah, the Hittite. Not long after, she became pregnant. In order to conceal their affair, David then ordered that Uriah be moved to the front-line of a battle, where he was killed! David, for this moment in history, lost focus! Instead of meditating on his love for God as we see portrayed in the Psalms, the King got distracted by Bathsheba's beauty and ended up falling into sin. And then God pronounced His judgment and their baby died! David repented! But not without such agony and tragedy that transpired because he got distracted and lost focus!

There's many things that fight for our attention. We can categorize them as "the cares of life." But if we allow these things to pull our attention away from Jesus, we will end up as wandering lost sheep! Never forget beloved, we have an enemy who prowls around like a roaring lion looking for lost sheep who gets easily distracted! And these distractions comes in the form of the "lust of the flesh," "the lust of the eyes," and "the pride of life!" Another tool of Satan's, is to get you to focus on "self" so much to the point that we start to meditate on our hurts, frustrations, pains, and past traumas. This is a huge distraction that can cause depression and anxiety, if you let it!! Once you start focusing on things that troubles you, rather than how you can help Jesus in His harvest (the recovery mission of lost souls), the weight of that heavy meditation will cause you to de-press. This will cause you to shipwreck in your faith because your eyes are no longer on Jesus, but what's troubling you! This is where many of us lose focus!

So to stay focus for 2023 and beyond, Lord willing, is to set our minds on things above! Philippians 4:8 tells us what to set our minds on so that we are not distracted by worldly superficial activities and ways to indulge the flesh. This is what we are to think on:

"Whatever is true, whatever is honorable and worthy of respect, whatever is right and confirmed by God’s word, whatever is pure and wholesome, whatever is lovely and brings peace, whatever is admirable and of good repute; if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think continually on these things [center your mind on them, and implant them in your heart]" (Philippians 4). Amen! 🎯 REPENT and BELIEVE and TURN back to God!

💥 Join me today on the podcast (link below) as I warn: Christ Jesus is returning and we must be prepared to meet our Bridegroom! As we look to the parable of the ten virgins, we see that half of them were foolish and ill-prepared to meet the Bridegroom! The other half, who were wise, were ready to go with well lit lamps that were full of oil when the Bridegroom showed up after dark! The half that was not prepared, could not attend the wedding feast - for the door was shut! It was too late! They didn't think it was important enough to be ready when the Bridegroom returned and therefore, suffered the consequence! Jesus gives this parable for a reason. We must be ready and stay ready for His assured revealing! For He will come like a thief in the night for those who are not prepared to meet Him!

The Lord Jesus Christ tells His followers to not only be waiting for His return, but endure all persecution, tribulations, trials, and even death, in the meantime, especially if we are that generation to see the Antichrist rise to power! Jesus warned: 21" For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be (Matthew 24). IT'S ABOUT TO GET HECTIC! Lukewarm Christian's faith will be greatly tested during this time of great tribulation and many will fall away! Why? Because they were not prepared to go through the Tribulation; they thought they would escape before it even got started!

Born-again believers are commissioned to preach the Gospel and to be "salt and light" in a depraved, godless, Christ-rejecting, unrepentant world! And you can't do that if you become distracted by "all that is in the world: the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life!" Not to mention, sitting up under false teachers who teach false doctrine - namely, that you can continue to live in sin and still get to go to Heaven! And if that was bad enough, because it is, we are contending with lukewarm Christians who hate the word REPENT and any form of correction. We better be ready!

Revelation 3:10 - "Because you have kept the word of My endurance [My command to persevere], I will keep you [safe] from the hour of trial, that hour which is about to come on the whole [inhabited] world, to test those who live on the earth." Amen! Never quit! Never give up on Jesus! Be holy. Lift clean. Continue to take a stand against evil! 🎯 REPENT and BELIEVE and TURN back to God!

💥 Join me today on the podcast (link below) as I go on a righteous rant & exhortation: IDOLATRY IS A WORK OF THE FLESH AND IT WILL SEND YOU STRAIGHT TO A BURNING !! Beloved, we are living in a day and age where evil and wickedness is all around us! Men and women are becoming more wicked, more evil, and more vile with each passing day! And you got to make sure you don't get caught up in the madness! Because it's easy to get caught up! And the next thing you know, you are lifting your eyes in a burning , trying to figure out how did you get there! Evilness is all around us! Deception lurks at every turn, and if you are not careful, your adversary (satan) who roams around like a roaring lion, will have you BACK in his clutches in NO TIME! And he will do it with the same tried & true temptations that have been working for him ever since the Garden of Eden: the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life! (Study 1John 2:15-27). But the LORD says,

💥 3 "Thou shalt have no other gods before me. 4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth. 5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the Lord thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me" (Exodus 20). Amen!

We are commanded in the Holy Scriptures to come out from amongst this hedonistic world with all of its paganism, idolatries, superficial values, and worshiping of Satan! The world is coming off one of their treasured pagan holidays: Christmas! Let us not be mistaken, Christ is NOT in that! And many professing "Christians" believe that He is, and therefore, they take great glee indulging in this world wide idolatrous practice!

🚩Jesus tells us that the world hates Him (see John 7:7). So, if the world hates Him, how is it that they come together on this one known pagan day to supposedly "celebrate His birth" if they hate Him? The answer is they are not celebrating the birth of Christ!!! They are giving Satan what he wants: WORSHIP! Wake up people!

Those who claim the Name of Jesus, ought to know by now, that idolatry is sin! And if they don't know it, then they need to go into the Word of God and look it up for themselves and realize that they are steep in idolatry when they enmesh themselves in the ritualistic practices of this fallen pagan world! We cannot be deceived! We have an enemy and he's looking to take you down, and if you are too ignorant, he would do it with that phallic Christmas tree, that God awful symbol you refuse to throw into the fire because you believe this will destroy your "Christmas spirit!" You better wake up! Christ is on His way back, please keep that in mind, always!

If any believer continues to sin willfully as a practicing lifestyle, they will not inherit the Kingdom of God! So they can come up with excuse after excuse and justification after justification as to why they celebrate a known pagan day. For there will be no excuses on Judgment Day talking about how you didn't know IDOLATRY was sin! The Lord has sent out HIS messengers to proclaim aloud and spare nothing to warn the brethren that practicing in idolatrous rituals will lead us straight to a burning ! And yet, they fight such biblical truth! They walk in delusion and they believe they are doing God a service by honoring Jesus' "birthday," glaringly ignoring the obvious: the Bible does not even tell us when His birthday is!

And that is why idolatry is sending many professing "Christians" straight to a burning , because they REFUSE to REPENT and come out of sin! Let this not be counted among you beloved! Amen! 🎯 REPENT and BELIEVE and

💥 Join me today on the podcast (link below) as I discuss: Two passages in the Bible say that “in the last days, scoffers will come.” 2 Peter 3:3 and Jude 1:18, both explain what that means. A “scoffer,” in this context, is one who mocks Christ, ridicules the things of God, and opposes the Gospel. Both Peter and Jude were writing warnings against FALSE TEACHERS who were INTENT on leading others astray. The word scoffer refers to one who DENIES the truths of Scripture and ENTICES others to go along with his ERROR.

Our text for today is found in 2 Peter, chapter 3, verses 3-4. Mockers and scoffers will always say: So when is Jesus coming back?! He's sure taking a long time to come!! Everything is going on as usual!

The essence of this deceptive mocking, is the claim that we know better than God. At least, we know when things should occur better than God does. False teachers, by their damnable doctrines and destructive heresies, seems to be saying, "Jesus promised He would come back, but that was too long ago. The world just keeps going on and on in the same way it always has. So, Jesus must not be coming back." As a result, these deceivers convince others that God's other promises are not true. If there is no return of Christ, their argument goes, there must not be a Judgment coming for sin. So God must not really care about our sin. So it's acceptable to be "free" and do whatever you feel like doing! This, of course, is both false and dangerous thinking! Lest we forget:

"But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which the heavens will pass away with a great noise, and the elements will melt with fervent heat; both the earth and the works that are in it will be burned up" (v. 10).

"And so, dear friends, while you are waiting for these things to happen, make every effort to be found living peaceful lives that are pure and blameless in his sight (v. 14)." Amen! 🎯 REPENT and BELIEVE and TURN back to God!

Unless a person repents and turn back to God, we face eternal separation from Him and the Son to be doomed to the Lake of Fire for all of eternity! We must be born again! And so, because humanity at large, refuses to repent and stop sinning and submit themselves to God, they are -bound as they await Final Judgment.

Those of us who have surrendered our lives to the Lord Jesus Christ in sincere repentance, have been reclaimed from the kingdom of darkness through Christ's atoning sacrifice at the cross on our behalf! WE ARE REBORN BY THE SPIRIT OF GOD! OUR PAST SINS HAVE BEEN WASHED AWAY BY THE PRECIOUS BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST!

Therefore, we will be taking a look at least 30 Things the Blood of Jesus Does – 30 Scripture Verses That Show the Powerful Effects of Jesus Shedding His Blood on our behalf. Namely, we are:

👑 No longer condemned!

👑 Justified!

👑 Able to come close to God!

👑 Forgiven!

👑 Judgment has been satisfied and we are at peace with God!

👑 Victorious over sin! ...and so much more as we will see today!

When you receive Jesus, the devil has no rights over you anymore because you are no longer his!

He can no longer treat you as his slave! When you receive Jesus, you no longer belong to sin, death and the devil. You are set free by the Son!

When He set you free, He set you free for real. The freedom He brings is a spiritual freedom, which means far more than just being set free from any natural tyranny. When you are free inside from sin and death, you are free indeed!

Jesus came to set us free! That is why the following statement Jesus made is so powerful: “Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed" (John 8:36).

He paid the necessary price to purchase our freedom. No matter what any human being thinks, we all need what Jesus did for us.

The price for buying your freedom from sin and death was the BLOOD of Jesus! "What can wash away our sins? Nothing but the blood of Jesus!" We were not REDEEMED by corruptible things, but by this precious blood of Jesus!!! Amen! 🎯 REPENT and BELIEVE and TURN back to God!

God is good, and His ways are lifegiving. Concerning matters that God has clearly addressed, we do not negotiate, bargain, or compromise with sin! The flesh is sneaky and we have an adversary that's looking to subtly drag us back to his kingdom and he will do this through hypocrisy and compromise and deception! We must be ever watchful, for we are not ignorant of his devices and schemes!

Beloved, there are things about which we should not compromise:

• The essentials of the Christian faith, including the gospel (1 Corinthians 15:3–6) and the faithful preaching of the Word (2 Timothy 4:2).

• The Lordship and Authority of Christ (Luke 16:13).

• Your personal convictions (Romans 14:5).

• Moral issues, as defined in Scripture (1 Corinthians 6:18).

🚨 Romans 13:14 - "But clothe yourselves with the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for [nor even think about gratifying] the flesh in regard to its improper desires."

Compromise and Hypocrisy is knowing what is right to do according to the Word of God, and choosing to deliberately to go against it in some way. As followers of Jesus', any time that we choose to compromise God's truth and disobey His Word, there are many detrimental eternal results. Most important, we displease God, and when we sin, this always hinders God's true blessings upon our lives. The conviction of being a hypocrite is both degrading spiritually and emotionally and brings no lasting joy. When we recognize and admit, and turn away from hypocrisy in any area in our life, only then will we grow further into the fullness of the maturity of Jesus Christ. Amen! 🎯 REPENT and BELIEVE and TURN back to God!

Therefore, as we see the Day approaching when Christ returns to judge the world in righteousness, we must remain in faithful obedience to Jesus, UNTIL THE END! Remaining faithful, abiding in Jesus, means listening to, following, and obeying Jesus. For, "[that same Jesus] is the propitiation for our sins [the atoning sacrifice that holds back the wrath of God that would otherwise be directed at us because of our sinful nature—our worldliness, our lifestyle]; and not for ours alone, but also for [the sins of all believers throughout] the whole worl" (1 John 2:2).

As born-again children of the Most High God, we no longer make it a practice to walk in habitual, deliberate, perpetual sin! We come away from this world who rejects Jesus and His saving grace. Our minds are being renewed by Holy Spirit so we no longer follow the dictates and patterns of a society who openly rejects godliness, righteousness and morality! As we look at Romans chapter 6, Paul now turns to ask if believers should continue in sin once they have been saved. He gives several reasons why we must not: we died to sin's power over us; we are now servants to righteousness; and what good did sin ever bring to you, anyway? NONE!! REMEMBER: SIN NO LONGER HAS MASTERY OVER YOU!

💥 6 "We know that our old self [our human nature without the Holy Spirit] was nailed to the cross with Him, in order that our body of sin might be done away with, so that we would no longer be slaves to sin. 7 For the person who has died [with Christ] has been freed from [the power of] sin." 💥

Beloved, we must make a decisive act to follow Jesus! We must know and understand that the wages of sin is death but that the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus! The culmination of this fallen world is fastly approaching and it will burn up in fervent heat! "So you must remain faithful to what you have been taught from the beginning. If you do, you will remain in fellowship with the Son and with the Father. And in this fellowship we enjoy the eternal life he promised us." Amen! 🎯 REPENT and BELIEVE and TURN back to God!

They still operate secularly in the "world," claiming the Name of Jesus, but these are they whose hearts are far from Jesus. They are not walking in obedience. They are only "believing," but not obeying Jesus! Their professed "belief" has not compelled them to turn from their sin. They have not "put on the new man." They may not even be born-again 🥺!

We will see from Scripture, that those who are born-again and have God's Holy Spirit indwelling them, DO NOT deliberately, knowingly, and habitually practice sin! It's not possible for a child of God to go on willfully sinning, because God's righteous character lives in them! We practice righteousness and strive consistently to live a holy life, both in public and in private. And not only that, but we love the brethren! This is how we know who the children of God are!

Some who claim they "know" Jesus, really don't know Him at all! They don't listen to Jesus! They don't follow Jesus! They don't know His voice! And they don't obey Jesus! This one is not His sheep! Jesus commands us to remain in Him, to abide in Him, so that we bear much fruit of righteousness to the glory of God. Scripture teaches us that to know Jesus, being deeply acquainted with Him, is to habitually keep focused on His precepts and obey His commandments! Amen! 🎯 REPENT and BELIEVE and TURN back to God!

💥 Join me today on the podcast (link below) as I answer: How to live godly, according to the Word of God, when the rest of the unrepentant world is going to in a handbasket? What does this phrase means? It means, this Christ-rejecting, God-denying, unsaved world is headed towards its doom. Its superficial values are deteriorating quickly, proceeding on a course to disaster and complete ETERNAL ruin! Its godless failure is inevitable: "but unless you repent, you too shall likewise perish," Jesus says in Luke 13:3-5. Looking around the world today, it is going downhill quickly! The preaching of the Gospel must be heralded throughout the world, calling men to repentance!

The answer to today's question is obvious: sticking close to Jesus, is how we can live godly in a world that is breaking its neck to be thrown into the Lake of Fire! We remain abiding in Him! Romans 1:24-32 tells us all about the moral turpitude of humanity who rejects Jesus and denies God's existence! They have no moral compass, anything goes! They are filled with every kind of wickedness, baseness, murder, lust, carnality, corruption, depravity, sinfulness, vileness... you name it! For although they know God's justice requires punishment for sin (see Romans 1:32), they continue in their dissipation anyway! Thumbing their collective noses at holy God because they want their darkness more, rather than the Light, Jesus Christ!

But not so us beloved! We've come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, through repentance to have our sins forgiven! We know the penalty and consequence for sin: ETERNAL DESTRUCTION FROM THE PRESENCE OF THE LORD AND FROM THE POWER OF HIS GLORY! The Lake of Fire, which is the second death (Revelation 20:15), awaits those who are unrepentant and refuses to come to Christ for salvation.

Even though the ungodly is in the clutches of the evil one, under his control and influence (2 Cor. 4:3-4), we stay out of the path of willful, habitual, perpetual, blatant, deliberate, purposeful, constant, consistent, sin as NOT to become a prey, once again, of our adversary, Satan. James 4:7 instructs us - "Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you." We are to, "8 Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded." Amen!

Beloved, only a fool says in his heart, there is no God. Only a fool would think that their evil wicked deeds are going unnoticed by the Creator (see Revelation 20:12). Only a fool says to himself, “God has [quite] forgotten;

He has hidden His face; He will never see my deed” (Psalm 10:11). Only a fool would reject the saving grace of God that teaches us to reject all ungodliness and immoral desires, lest we be judged!

Live holy. Live clean. Stand firm and endure until the end! Remember always, Christ Jesus is on his way back! 🎯 REPENT and BELIEVE and TURN back to God!

We are instructed in verse 6: "Let no one deceive you with empty arguments [that encourage you to sin], for because of these things the wrath of God comes upon the sons of disobedience [those who habitually sin]." Amen!

Around this time of the year, some "Christians" start acting strange. What I mean by this, is that they seem to forget that God HATES idolatry and the bowing down to false gods! Paganism and idolatry is at its fullest around Saturnalia, an ancient Roman festival and pagan holiday in honour of the god Saturn. Pope Julius I chose December 25, 336 AD as the date when Christmas was first celebrated in an effort to adopt and absorb the traditions of the pagan Saturnalia festival, a wild satanic holiday of unrestrained mirth, exchanging gifts, merrymaking, gambling, and other sexual perverse debauchery! So those who fear Jesus and the Father, why would we want to participate in that?!

Beloved, as we see the day of Christ's return fastly approaching, sin has greatly increased and is rampant throughout the world! We cannot be asleep at the wheel - condoning, tolerating, and practicing in the superficial godless values of this evil wicked world! As children of the Most High God, we are to not: "7 participate or even associate with them [in the rebelliousness of sin]. 8 For once you were darkness, but now you are light in the Lord; walk as children of Light [live as those who are native-born to the Light]." Amen!

We have people who profess Jesus as Lord and Savior, convince themselves with grand delusion, that He is okay with idolatry as long as you do it in His Name, "supposedly celebrating His birth" on the 25th along with the rest of this hedonistic, hellish, godless world - who by the way, Jesus says, rejects and hates Him! For He exposes their wicked worthless activities for what it is: SIN! (Study John 3:18-20). So, if the world who rejects and hates Jesus, do you really think that they are "honoring and celebrating" the real Jesus' birth (of which, we don't know the exact date!) during winter solstice, which during this time, is widely known for celebrating many false gods? The answer is ABSOLUTELY NOT! We cannot be deceived by the so-called brethren who wants you to join in with them in celebrating idols, although they claim they are not. However, their phallic symbol (Christmas tree) in many homes this time of the year, say otherwise!

Be fruitful! Stand firm! Do not be deceived! We don't have a lot of time left, and what little time we do have, we make the most of it by spreading the Gospel, encouraging one another to stay out of sin, and submitting ourselves to God and resisting the devil! "15 ...walk carefully [living life with honor, purpose, and courage; shunning those who tolerate and enable evil], not as the unwise, but as wise [sensible, intelligent, discerning people], 16 making the very most of your time [on earth, recognizing and taking advantage of each opportunity and using it with wisdom and diligence], because the days are [filled with] evil."
