Our great duty and privilege is to do as He said, "Follow Me." Further explanations and application of the commandments of Jesus, are given by the Lord through the writers of the epistles, but the foundational principles and the final authority rests in the words of Jesus Himself as He taught on:

The Commandments of Jesus must not be confused with the "Ten Commandments" in the Old Testament. Jesus said, "If ye love me, keep my commandments," (John 14:15, KJV).

As you study these commandments (orders) of Jesus, it will become evident that God is not only the God of Grace, He is also the God of expectations. Christ Jesus was asked in Matthew 22:36-40, what is the greatest commandment? In summary, He tells us that we are to first love God with everything within us and then to others as we love ourselves! The greatest commandment is steeped in love! Amen! 🎯 REPENT and BELIEVE and TURN back to God!

God has feelings! Did you know that? He loves. He hates. He gets jealous. He gets angry with the wicked everyday. He shows compassion. He is faithful, patient, and is fair and righteous and holy! He is not to be played with! And those who thought otherwise, quickly saw the error of their ways! This is why as born-again believers in Christ Jesus, we need to get a strategy and allow Holy Spirit to cement in us the way that is straight and narrow!

You want to know how to cultivate a godly life? Study Psalm 101! King David gives us an outline and starting point to cultivate a God-centered life. He starts Psalm 101 by praising God for who He is and worshiping Him in truth. He resolves that he will be deliberate in the way that he follows the Lord.

This psalm right here, speaks of the one who fears and loves God, this is their commitment and devotion to Him. This is the life of one who is consecrated, born-again and Spirit-filled! They have taken a stance! It is reflective of their hatred for sin and those who commit evil and tell lies! King David is making his intention clear: I will worship God in spirit and truth, and I will lead a life that pleases Him. Then he sets out a system for how he will accomplish this:

1. Remove Temptation

2. Hate Evil

3. Seek the Godly

4. Remove Ungodly People

5. Be Quick to Do What is Right

Beloved, we too should have a similar mindset, that going forward, we will obey the LORD and seek out what pleases and displeases Him - and then do it! We are to not let sin rule in these mortal bodies! Pray and seek God for wisdom and discernment so that we, too, can have this same heart's desire as King David as he longs and steadfastly pleases his God! No longer shall we desire to sin and will make every effort, by the Spirit of God to be holy! Amen!

"The unrighteous will not inherit the Kingdom of God, do not be deceived" (study 1 Corinthians 6: 9-12)! Beloved, whether we like or agree with it: IN CHRIST, WE ARE CALLED TO LIVE GODLY LIVES! Christ died for the sins of the world, so that we come out of darkness, be set free from the controlling power & DOMINATION of sin, and come to Him - for He is the Light! We MUST REPENT And BELIEVE and TURN back to God!

We must never forget this one biblical truth: when Christ Jesus returns, He will have His reward with Him; and He will give to every man and woman according to their ways and according to the fruit of their doings! With that being said, we who have called on the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ to be saved, we better make sure that we are, in fact, in right standing with the Father when Jesus returns! Listen, we only get one shot at this born-again life before we die. We must be found blameless when Christ returns! We are called to live holy, clean, and godly lives. We don't get to go back to the old way of living which was sinful, detestable, rebellious, and wicked in the sight of Holy God! When we show appreciation, gratitude, and reverential awe & fear towards the Father, it fosters a lifestyle of faithful obedience... simply for the fact that we have been snatched from 's fire!

We must be grateful for our salvation and work it out with fear and trembling! And we show that gratitude by being obedient. By being peaceful. By being loyal and faithful to Lord Jesus. By being a loving people. By producing fruits of the Spirit that backs up our repentance. James told us that "faith without works is dead." And so, we live "sensible, upright, and godly lives [lives with a purpose that reflect spiritual maturity] in this present age," as we "reject ungodliness and worldly (immoral) desires" (study Titus 2:11-14).

God has promised His children a wonderful gift: ETERNAL LIFE! And this life is found in His Son; made available to those who have put their faith and trust in His shed blood. "Therefore, since we have these [great and wonderful] promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from everything that contaminates body and spirit, completing holiness [living a consecrated life—a life set apart for God’s purpose] in the fear of God" (2 Corinthians 7:1). Amen! Live clean. Live holy. 🎯 REPENT and BELIEVE and TURN back to God!

It has been reported that 600+ mass killings have taken place so far this year (2022) in America!! We must repent and be born-again before it is too late! Many unrepentant lost souls are ending up in at the hands of cold-blooded murderers! Many are losing loved ones, friends, coworkers and acquaintances at the drop of a hat! No longer is it presumably safe going to shopping centers, marketplaces, schools and universities without the threat of a shooting these days! Everyone is on guard, everyone is on high alert! But not everyone is born-again!! Listen, we don't want to be found outside this bodysuit in judgment, standing in eternity, facing Christ Jesus without Him being our Lord and Savior! 🥺😥🔥

🚩 22 "For the Father judges no one, but has given all judgment [that is, the prerogative of judging] to the Son [placing it entirely into His hands]..."24 “I assure you and most solemnly say to you, the person who hears My word [the one who heeds My message], and believes and trusts in Him who sent Me, has (possesses now) eternal life [that is, eternal life actually begins—the believer is transformed], and does not come into judgment and condemnation, but has passed [over] from death into life" (John 5).

Like me, do you ever wonder when you hear that someone has died or were murdered, if that person was in Christ? As born-again believers in Christ, we know what awaits for us in eternity - our inheritance, the Kingdom of God. And we know what awaits those who die in their sins - The Lake of Fire! All the more so, the preaching of the Gospel must go out into the world, making disciples of Jesus Christ. The call to repent must be heralded in spite of rejection! People are dropping out of here like flies.. daily, only to end up in a burning as they await Final Judgment!

Unless you have been living under a rock the last couple of weeks, mass shootings — where four or more people, not including the shooter, are injured or killed — have averaged more than one per day so far this year. "Not a single week in 2022 has passed without at least four mass shootings here in the United States."

Survivors are tormented with "survivor's guilt." Families are torn apart and devastated. Children are left without parents. The government is of no help where gun control is concerned, for they are too busy secretly setting up for their NWO Antichrist's entrance to put forth any real effort - in my opinion! The world needs to cry out to the Living God - the Lord Jesus Christ - to save them! That is what is needed - REPENTANCE!!

Beloved, let the Holy Spirit lead you to share the Good News with those who are perishing! Be willing, against all opposition, to tell the world about a Man who saved humanity from their sins by dying on the cross in their stead. Taking on the punishment that was rightly due to them. He reconciled them back to holy God. And if they will repent and turn from their wicked lifestyle and put their faith and trust in Jesus Christ, they, too, can have forgiveness of their sins through His shed blood that was poured out for them! We, too, must consider the way we live. We must make our election and calling sure! Be blessed beloved! Turn from evil, trust Jesus and never turn your back on Him! Evil behavior stems from humanity's sinful nature. Evil stirs up conflict, and sin produces death. All evil derives from Satan, our adversary. Many wicked people who plot evil, are our friends, family, and enemies!

Beloved, we are living in some wicked, dark, sin-infested times. The day is evil and it is short. Sin abounds! Satan has agents and children! They are evil, murderous, deceitful, liars, hateful, arrogant, and wicked to the core! You have some people that will kill you with their bare hands and sleep unbothered on a satin-covered pillow at night! They have no problem with snuffing you out! They have absolutely no remorse! They take glee in the pain and trauma they inflict! They don't understand justice! They have no morals, they have no qualities of righteousness, they are bankrupt of honor and decency! They are malicious, conniving, and treacherous! How can a human being be so evil and filled with rage? THEY ARE NOT REBORN OF THE SPIRIT!!

🚩 Wickedness is all around us. It doesn't have a color. It doesn't have a gender. It has no conscious. Its mission is to kill steal and destroy!

Today, we are going to be talking about two things:

👉🏾#1 sin is dangerous and it brings dangerous people into our lives. We are to leave such people a-lone! People who are habitually angry and vengeful and wicked, these are they of whom we should have absolutely nothing to do with! These angry people who don't know how to control their tempers, have harmed, hurt, and have killed many innocent people. Domestic violence is that an all-time high in these last days. Both men and women have lost their lives to those who cannot restrain their erratic negative emotions. And the greatest tragedy of it all, is that many of those who have lost their lives, died in their sins. Their loved ones believe they are in Heaven looking down on them with angelic wings, not realizing this person did not accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior and, thus, died in their sins! 😭

👉🏾And #2, God hates the wicked! Everyday He's angry with the wicked! They will not go unpunished. Unless they repent, they will perish! The Lake of Fire will be filled with the ungodly, murderers, liars, Christ-rejectors, and the unrepentant from all of history! Right along with Satan, the Antichrist and his false prophet!

Psalm 7:11–13, "11 God is a just judge, and God is angry with the wicked every day.12 If he does not turn back, He will sharpen His sword; He bends His bow and makes it ready. 13 He also prepares for Himself instruments of death; He makes His arrows into fiery shafts."

Romans 12:19 - "Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord." Amen! 🎯 REPENT and BELIEVE and TURN back to God!

The testimony of our faith (i.e., righteous works of obedience) in Jesus as our personal Lord and Savior, will be evidenced by the changed (repentant) life that manifests in those who have been spiritually born from above! We are now a new creation in Christ Jesus! So the life that we now live, we live it to please God and to be a blessing to our believing brothers and sisters; and as a whole, to humanity by corporately being lights in a darkened world!

Today's text is Philippians 2:12-18. In Philippians 2:12, The Apostle Paul encourages us to… “...work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.” This does not mean that we are to “work FOR our salvation”… Because we cannot earn it… It is a free gift. To work OUT our salvation, is referring to our responsibility, as believers, to be obedient to living a life that would honor and glorify God… being obedient to the goal of becoming more like Christ each and everyday!

Since we treasure our free gift of salvation, we strive to maintain our right standing with God in Christ Jesus. Not justifying ourselves before Him, but living lives in gratitude for what He has done for us at the cross!! There's no complacency in this Kingdom! There's much work for us to do according to Scripture:

👉🏾 John 8:11, tells us now that we are no longer condemned, going forward, SIN NOT!

👉🏾 Luke 13:24, tells us to strive to enter through the narrow door that leads to eternal life [force aside unbelief and the attractions of sin]. Jesus said for many will try to enter [by their own works] and will not be able.

👉🏾 Luke 24:4, tells us to preach the Gospel to the world. That repentance and remission of sins should be preached in Jesus' Name to all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.

👉🏾 1 Corinthians 9:24, tells us to run the race so as to win.

👉🏾 2 Corinthians 7:1, tells us to be active in cleansing ourselves from defilement of flesh and spirit and perfecting holiness in the fear of God.

👉🏾 Ephesians 6:10-18, tells us to put on the full armor of God. We must be strong and stand firm.

👉🏾 2 Timothy 4:7, tells us we must fight the good fight of faith.

👉🏾Hebrews 12:4, tells us we must strive against sin.

Even though God sovereignly wills and works all things after the counsel of His will, ...at the same time, each of us is responsible to abide in Christ, allowing His Holy Spirit to manifest in our lives - accomplishing His divine work so that we are sanctified for the glory of God! Those truly saved by God want to, in reverential fear, please and obey Him in all respects. Since God looks on the heart, we need to learn how to please Him each day with our thoughts as well as with our words and deeds. Amen! 🎯 REPENT and BELIEVE and TURN back to God!

LET today be the last day you stop being a harlot and whoremonger! LET today be the last day you stop smoking them cigarettes and that weed! LET today be the last day you stop being a drunkard! LET today be the last day you stop being a deceiver! LET today be the last day you come up out of adultery and adulterous remarriages! LET today be the last day you stop lying, gossiping, murdering, and hating the brethren! LET today be the last day you willfully sin against the One who saved your wretched soul!

Christ Jesus who knew no sin, became sin for us! 2 Corinthians 5:21, "For our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God." God acted for our sake. That means He acted out of His love, to make it possible to remove the separation between us and Him: our sin. To accomplish this, God made Christ, who had never sinned during His life on earth in any way, to become our sin. Jesus' death, then, paid the price for our sin, removing our guilt and removing the obstacle between us and God. Instead of "being sin" ourselves, those who come to God through faith in Christ, are given credit for Christ's righteous, sinless life! We "become God's righteousness" and are reconciled in our relationship with Him. God receives Christ's death as payment for our sin and gives us credit for Christ's righteousness in return. That's what it means to be "in Christ."

💥 Therefore, how are we to be living with this great truth standing before us? Well I can tell you, it's not in willful habitual sin! THIS IS HOW YOU DON'T WANT TO LIVE: being an enemy of God's!

Beloved, trust me when I tell you, you do not want to live as an enemy of God's! You do not want to NOT be found in Christ Jesus when, either you go by the way of the grave or, He returns! You do not want to live a life that is characterized by habitual sin! For those who live like this, will perish and be tormented in the Lake of Fire! Living a rebellious life, separates you from God and puts you in a position to hear how your "name has not been found written in the Lamb's Book of Life" on the Day of Judgment! On that Day, Christ Jesus will tell many, "depart from me I never knew you!" I tell you, this is not how you want to live!

WHEN we truly understand that we have been saved from the wrath of God and certain damnation for all of eternity, it changes the way you live! It truly does! No longer do we want to glorify in sin. No longer does this world and the lust therein, hold the same appeal. We are looking forward to the Day of our Redemption when these lowly bodies will be glorified as Christ's body. Until then, we have work to do. The work we do, produces fruits of righteousness - fruits of the Spirit will show up in our lives when we are dedicated and committed to the purposes of God. LET TODAY BE THE LAST DAY YOU LIVE IN WILLFUL SIN! Amen! 🎯 REPENT and BELIEVE and TURN back to God!

🙋🏾‍♀️ Hey everyone! 😊💥 Join me today on the podcast as I discuss: The age old question on the floor: is it possible to live a life without willful sin? And the answer is simply YES! It is doable solely because we love God, our Heavenly Father, Creator and Savior! We cannot and must not play with our salvation! We must put away ALL SIN FROM OUR LIVES! We simply can't keep blaming our wicked behavior on the fact that we still live in these mortal bodies. Especially when God has made a way of escape when we are tempted. This is not the hour to be playing with God, where sin is concerned! Let us never forget we will all stand before the Lord Jesus Christ on Judgment Day to give an account for the life we lived as a born-again followers. We are not looking to lose any rewards! We must allow Holy Spirit to sanctify us and set us apart for God's purposes. If we grieve Him, we make the process of sanctification that much harder! We must grow into mature believers whose heart is in the harvest. We should be focusing on serving the Lord Jesus Christ in the recovery mission of the lost and not on the sins of the flesh!

It should be the goal of every follower of Jesus Christ to “sin no more,” although we recognize that, while we are in the flesh, we may stumble still, but God’s desire for each of us is to be holy as He is holy (1 Peter 1:16). Sin is no longer a lifestyle choice!! When we fail, we can come to God and ask forgiveness. And if we are truly His children, He will correct us, disciplining us when we need it. His work is to conform us to the image of His Son (Romans 8:29)!

🚩 Judgment begins at the house of the Lord. God’s desire is that His people learn to walk in holiness and fellowship with Him (Romans 8:29). As any loving parent would do, God will bring unpleasant consequences upon His children for rebellion. He expects the ones He has redeemed by the blood of His Son to set the example for the rest of the world. If the Church is not in pursuit of holiness, the world sees no need to change its allegiance. So judgment begins in the household of God, with His own children, as He teaches us to live like Jesus. Amen!

Through Jesus' death, burial and resurrection, He reconciled us back to God through His atoning sacrifice on the cross. Jesus made atonement for our sins by the shedding of His blood through His sacrificial death, as the perfect Lamb slaughtered, which appeased holy God's righteous anger towards man, who sinned continuously! Christ Jesus died on the cross for your sins. He took the punishment that was rightly due to you because you racked and stacked up a huge sin debt before the Living God - you and I stored up God's wrath against us, because we refused to repent and put away the sin! We must repent and come to Christ Jesus so that through His shed blood, we can have forgiveness of our sins! We must not reject what Christ has done for us on the cross! We must obey the Gospel!

🗣️🗣️ DON'T REJECT CHRIST! IT HAS ETERNAL CONSEQUENCES!

Repent, stop SINNING, BELIEVE by FAITH that Jesus died for your sins and TURN back to God and walk in obedience henceforth!
