For 3 years, she has had abnormal pap smears. The first few years showed a low level of cervical dysplasia. But in the past 6 months, the pap smear report showed a more progressed pathology (LSIL) and defined visual lesions. What changed that might have contributed to this progression? During her pregnancy, she developed an umbilical hernia. After the delivery, she had a surgical repair.
