This episode covers communication with an Avoidant Dismissive person after they have initiated a breakup. Touching lightly on a strategy of how to communicate and give/respect space. Dismissive relatinoships are NOT for everyone, and if you are trying to rekindle one, please be aware of the issues present in your relationship that may have caused the breakup to happen. If you were not coping well within the relationship and hope to CHANGE the Avoidant person, please heal yourself and seek someone who is more aligned with what you are trying to ask your Avoidant person to change into.
