In an era where Marvel's streaming offerings on Disney+ have been inconsistent (to say the least), Echo has arrived and it shows the promise of the future for Marvel television. With Vincent D'Onofrio's Kingpin and Charlie Cox's Daredevil officially back in the MCU (and the canonization of the Netflix series), Echo serves as a bridge between the fantastical side of the MCU, and the grounded, gritty part of the Netflix series.

Alaqua Cox's Maya is a great character, and what this series does to highlight and celebrate her Native American heritage through showing different historical portrayals of the Choctaw Nation. In many ways, Echo does a better job at Native American representation than Killers Of The Flower Moon did, and today we talk all about it!
