1.    He introduced the only two sources of authority for the State of Texas.
1.1.    Direct delegation from individual people (Art. 1 Sec. 2) Tex. Con.
1.2.    Adoption of pre-existing applicable common law (Art. 16 Sec. 48).

2.1.    Require state subdivisions to population + the lesser of inflation or 3.5%.
2.2.    Require 2/3rds voter approval for tax increases.

2.5.    Eliminate School Property Taxes for Homeowners via passing constitutional amendment.
3.    Ron illustrated how the Abbott assertion that the state does not impose is deceptive as “local government” is a misrepresentation for “state subdivisions,” as clearly shown by his AI Overview of his search term, “constitution of Guadalupe County.”
4.    Ron played the introduction soundtrack to his presentation before the Texas Senate Committee on Government Reform regarding property taxes in 2017.
