André started as a PWC Chartered Accountant in South Africa and then moved to the UK where he was exposed to a philanthropic giving platform, GivenGain.

He moved back to South Africa to be the CEO of PayProp, a company that used spin-off technology from the non-profit. PayProp was a rēp/Repurposing Business client in Cape Town and their sharpened purpose impacted daily operations.

Going back to the beginning, just as God revealed himself through his work so he gives us the privilege of peeling back the layers of his character, attributes and nature to those whose only bible is our work. What an awesome privilege! This put a whole new meaning on work, and today people are yearning for meaning at work. Let's reexamine all aspects of work so that it becomes glory-displaying and honor-giving like never before.

"It is finished!" said Jesus. There's a difference between dreaming and scheming, and doing and completing. Some of us don't see all that needs to be done; some see it and do it. We don't have to be perfectionists--done is better than perfect, says my wife--but we should persevere until the work is complete. Is my work "dream and design" or "plan, work, complete"?
