We're back with book four of The Selection series, as voted by our patrons! In Kiera Cass' time-jump installment The Heir, we follow America and Maxon's daughter Eadlyn as she reluctantly begins a Selection of her own. We had so much fun getting progressively more infuriated about bratty teenagers, relationships, and democracy itself throughout this book that at its core is basically just Bachelorette fan fiction.

After imbibing approximately one margarita malt beverage each, we took on the 2013 film adaptation of Stephenie Meyer's The Host. We’re officially wrapping up the Maze Runner trilogy with James Dashner’s The Death Cure. Colin’s back, and I think you all know what to expect at this point. Kellie, Daphne, and Colin discuss the unrelenting bleakness of the series, the very plausible theory that Thomas has a traumatic brain injury that’s affecting his decision-making skills, the lack of kissing, and that unresolved ending.

With the release of Wicked: For Good upon us, we thought it was the perfect time for us to read Danielle Paige's 2014 dystopian reimagining of The Wizard of Oz, Dorothy Must Die! This book builds on existing IP from both L Frank Baum's books and the 1939 movie, but with enough dystopian, fantasy, and Epic Reads elements to feel like a classic Rereading the Revolution selection.
