ReRun Retrospect

Three brothers reviewing entertainment - TV, movies, and games. . . now on YouTube!

Welcome to ReRun Retrospect! We are brothers who love talking about entertainment. We banter back and forth about the shows we love ... and love to hate.

Throughout the show Mike will be trying to slip quotes from the piece we are reviewing into our normal conversation. He also sometimes tries to slip song lyrics in as well. At the end of the video the other brothers reveal what quotes they caught him using.

This episode of The West Wing sees the cast working together on a singular issue. Mike and Dan agree the writers distinctly present both sides to the Capital Punishment issue. Mike enjoys when entertainment allows the viewer to think for themselves.

In a landmark episode Dan votes higher than Mike. Maybe just like Leo they too can find some forgiveness in their hearts for each other and carry on doing this work! OK OK ... That was overly dramatic, even for Mike.

Dan is ready to binge the rest of the season after The West Wing prvides it first big twist! Mike is excited, because he knows it gets even better from here. This is getting good! # Podcast #TheWestWing

Don't forget about our quote game. Throughout the entire podcast, Mike will be inserting quotes from the episodes we are discussing. He attempts to say them in a way that the other host/s are unaware of. Sometimes he is sneaky and other times it is just awkward, but all the time it is a ton of fun! Come and play along.

The script gets flipped as Dan does his best "Mike" impression with the Leo love, and Mike diverges from his voting streak citing Josh's playground antics.

Mike is ready to hit the town with Toby, but Dan would rather run around with Sam for the obvious fringe benefits. This is easily one of season one's best offerings!

Everyone loves CJ, but Mike is suspect of an adult loving a toddlers go to snack. Meanwhile Dan is surprised that Donna is out maneuvering Mandy. Go ahead and munch on some Teddy Grahams as you listen.

Dan likes Danny, but thinks CJ has no business playing along with his advances, and Mike feels Josh is sensing the growing polarization in DC ... even way back in 1999. Not matter how you are charged, this episode can draw you in!

Mike continues his rant on how horribly he dislikes all things Mandy, and Dan takes a stab at guessing who all will be "shipping" throughout the series. Prepare to be amazed at his cinematic and romantic premonitions!

Mike needs Josh to be realistic with his dating prospects, and Dan thinks it is crazy that everyone in that bar just lets Zoey get accosted. Who knew Charlie would be the most mature in that bar room. This episode caused a lot of discussion!
