  2. Discuss how easy it is for believers to see the law (commands of God) as a measuring stick we use to compare ourselves to other and feel superior.
  3. Discuss why it is difficult for followers of Christ to maintain a humble spirit, embracing our brokenness before God.
  4. Read Galatians 2:20-21. Discuss the interface between living by faith and the matter of works.
  5. In John 14:21 Jesus says if you love me you will do what I say. Read the passage and then discuss the place of obedience in the life of the believer.
