Celeste is a Collaborative Research Fellow at Victoria University, who specialises in co-designed end user-based research which supports the implementation of research into specific contexts. She specialises in systemic assessment of decision making, risk and communication.
Celeste has worked with industry, all levels of government and the community, to address the needs of practitioners and policy makers in the areas of: climate change and natural hazards, innovation and transformation; and diversity and inclusion.
