Welcome to my first episode of Resetting the Standard (please be kind, I know there are some flaws I'm learning lol). In this episode, I share a little of my heart and why I decided to do this podcast. The inspiration, the mission, and an idea that I hope will bring back respect in relationships and stop shaming good men, and embrace our differences and how we can work together to be stronger. 

I also dedicate this first episode to Charlie Kirk, who inspired me to embrace me thoughts and start something near and dear to my heart. Because just like him, I have seen a fall in the dynamic of relationships. 

I bring my husband, Sean, in to talk a little bit about the male side of the conversation. 

I hope this is just the beginning of our journey together. :D
