As a young and talented student-athlete, Dawn was sidelined with an illness that cut her athletic career short. While recovering from her illness, Dawn went on to become a young mom, having 5 kids before the age of 30. Throughout this episode, Dawn explains the struggles of her recent divorce, how she has reconnected with herself, and her journey of rediscovering her power and her greatness as a survivor. Dawn is the definition of strength, resilience, and what real life looks like.
