I started off with a sober October experiment. Meaning no alcohol or stimulants of any type. I didn’t have a problem with it like most people. But I wanted to be an inspiration, and see if I could affect other people around me. And happily I did. While I was at it I figured let’s put on a sugar diet as well. I was astounded at how I felt. Having no beer or wine on the weekends was absolutely no problem. But the moment I quit sugar, I felt the floor give out. I learned so much about that experience beyond just how my body felt. Of course I can’t have just a normal experience. I felt the repercussions on so many levels that I thought I would share them here today. It is darn near impossible to go shopping and find things that don’t contain the drug I call sugar. Hopefully I inspire you today to try it out. It is a pretty profound experience. Hope you enjoy.
