Today I will be digging deep to give you the story behind the new collection. Join me <3
Today I will be exploring the internets' most frequently asked questions from new parents or soon to be new parents. As I have had 3 children, I thought it might be fun and helpful to weigh in on these. Come along as I lend a few thoughts along the way. You got this mama!
Today we are going to work through an ongoing challenge for me as well as many other families out there with younger kids. How to efficiently manage the amount of toys that are gifted into your home around Christmas time. On this episode of the podcast I will share some of my wins with this topic and some great talking points to get your family in line and organized.
In this episode of the Resilient Mom Podcast we are welcoming special guest Nellie Harden of the 6570 Family Project.
Join Nellie and I as we talk about, “How you can build an unshakable foundation within your family to set your children up for success throughout their lives.” Parenting is tough territory and we all want to give our children the tools to be able to navigate their lives while being confident and comfortable in who they are. This is a great episode for parents that are thirsting for that knowledge.
Grab a cup of coffee lets have a chat!

Say hello to season 2 of the Resilient Moms Podcast! Today we are going to talk to Tonie Lough from Mom Home Fitness about her Ebook and postpartum workout program. Together with Tonie we will cover topics ranging from posture, pelvic floor strength and self care. Postpartum fitness has always been a passionate topic for me, but I am not a certified trainer. So this opportunity to have Tonie from Mom Home Fitness was a perfect match up. Get that coffee ready and enjoy some "you" time mama....You deserve it!

About Tonie:
After a traumatic running experience that left Tonie with a feeling of being betrayed by her body, she began her path to becoming a personal trainer. As she trained women she heard more and more stories of similar experiences. At Mom Home Fitness we work to address some of the conditions that can linger after pregnancy. We focus on specific exercises, and timing of those exercises, to retrain our natural system of core strength and bladder control. With the release of the new eBook (and videos!) “Getting to the Core of Postpartum Fitness” she hopes to make these exercises accessible to any mom with the same issues!
Today we will be talking all about moving long distance with kids (and a pet). This can be quite an undertaking so I wanted to share my experience moving from Boston to Miami this summer. The good the bad... and the ugly. Grab your beverage of choice and be prepared for a candid (and sometimes sassy) account of my moving experience.
The Resilient Moms podcast is officially back! I am so excited to bring you all some fresh new content with my new experiences as a mom of two! I hope this new episode can help parents who are planning a move with kiddos.
Adios Boston!
Welcome back to the Resilient Moms Podcast! Today I will be sharing with you my review of two online maternity styling sites. I decided with all the frustration around finding a wardrobe that fits my pregnant body, I would let someone else do the work.
Overall it was a great experience and I am excited to share the whole process with you. I went with two sites: Stitch Fix and Thred Up. They both offered maternity specific styling and did not require a monthly non refundable fee. Check out my blog post and try on photos below to get the whole scoop on my styling experience.

Summer pregnancy can be amazing despite the scorching temperatures and all those “fun” hormone fluctuations. You just need to know how to stay cool and enjoy some modified activities. I am super pumped to share some practical tips for all you mamas-to-be!
Being pregnant during the summer months in New England seemed like a great idea when my husband and I first started planning for our second child, but there are a lot of factors to be aware of to maintain a safe pregnancy in the summer heat. My first son was a spring baby, so I was pregnant with him for the fall and winder seasons in Boston. This time around I really wanted to have my second child during the colder months, because taking a newborn outside in the summer was next to impossible as a first time mom. I am excited to see how this pregnancy experience will be during the opposite seasons.
