Effective 2023, any Medicare Advantage (MA) organization offering one or more Dual-Special Need Plans (D-SNPs) in a state must establish and maintain one or more enrollee advisory committee (EACs). EACs must serve the D-SNPs offered by the MA organization in that state to gather direct input on enrollee experiences.
