We go over our week one results and prepare for week 2.

Billy talks about "perception is reality," words are words, and how you use them are important. He is trying to teach his kids to adapt to life and roll with the punches. Steve explains that God isn't distant, that he is a relational and is always here. 

Steve goes over "Free Guy," and the Hollywood elite. The guys talk about profanity, what using profanity means, and actions are louder than words.

Nathen and Steve finish up the garage talk. Did Nathen do "better to ask for forgiveness than ask for permission?" Billy likes his perseverance. Is there a correlation between Nathen not doing the dishes, but wanting to work on his projects? Billy says "you have to earn it."

Steve, and his son, Nathen negotiate the use of the garage. Steve did not like the back and forth because "I am the Dad." Billy thinks at a certain point in life, parents become friends, and are no longer just parents, and he questions why parents raise their kids to be independent and have a voice, but don't like it when it's used on them. Communication is key.

Steve talks about the fees he charges for his kids not doing the dishes.

Steve negotiates with his son about the garage. The guys talk life lessons through chores, the Hollywood elite and the use of profanity in movies as is pertains to families. Steve does not like profanity. To Billy, it's just words. Steve talks about the importance of a relationship with God. They discuss the long term damage of micro aggression, the importance of a strong home life, as well as germs, the inconsistencies of people when it comes to Covid, and if you voted for this administration, why, and are you willing to connect the dots to see if it is truly what you want? 

Is it easy to see why people are scared? What else is really going on?
