The other day Kevin DeYoung tweeted a joke. The internet got mad. We react

As a celebration of the podcast hitting more than 10,000 podcasts we release conversation we had after we recorded an episode. Don't get too used to us doing current events or hot takes. But if you like it when we laugh you will have a good time.

The tweet in Question:

Hey husbands and dads trying to help out with the laundry: turns out “fabric softener” is not just another name for “laundry detergent.” Who knew? Crazy times we live in. from @RevKevDeYoung

This is not a normal Restless Episode.

This is the North Invading the South, as the Restless guys were guest on the long running truly Presbyterian podcast: The Presbycast. Pastor Michael has been a listener of theirs for a while and they regularly talk about the facets of New Calvinism.

So if you have nearly two hours join listen to us join the morning drive radio of presbyterianism. Non-presby listener discretion is advised.

Today we give part 1 of our interview with Dr Stephen Wolfe. We discuss the elephant and donkey in the New Calvinist room. Of course, we mean politics that have dominated so much of what New Calvinists have been talking about for the last few years and divided them. So why have so many been frustrated by these leaders engagement? Stephen Wolfe gives us his opinion. Follow him on twitter at And listen to him on twitter at @PerfInjust his podcast Ars politica.

Next week he will rejoin us to discuss the important doctrine of The Two Kingdoms for Reformed Christians.

We are recording a listener feedback show next week! Submit your comment, question, critique or snark for the show! Contact us at [email protected] and on facebook and instagram.
