Raegan Hearn is a 15-year-old Steel Challenge competitive shooter who has recently also found competitive archery. Raegan and her dad are such a fun duo to see at matches. They travel together and keep each other competitive.

Raegan is also known as "Pineapple Shooter" and is her social media username. She shares about how she started shooting and tried different divisions, as well as her favorite guns to shoot. She talks about how she competes in archery and what's next for her in 2022 between archery and shooting.

Morgan Leonhardt is a National Champion at just 14 years of age. She has been competing in shooting sports since she was 9 years old, traveling all across the country with her dad, Kevin Leonhardt.

While Morgan got started in 3 Gun and enjoys the sport, her focus has moved to the USPSA Carry Optics division. She has trained with some of the best shooters in the world and puts in hours of dry fire and live fire practice every single week. She shares what her training regimen looks like and how she breaks down every single aspect of shooting a target to focus on what she needs to improve on.

Morgan also just recently placed 5th in Open and took the High Lady title at Fort Benning MultiGun Championship. Her story of why and how she dove into 3 gun is unorthodox, but it got her in the game! We talk about how she's customized guns to her, including shortening the stock on her shotgun to fit her right.

Chase Rains started out in competitive shooting like so many of us did before him, by just showing up to shoot without a clue of what to expect. Chase spent a short time shooting before deciding to take a class and from then on, things changed. He began to understand the game of USPSA and worked to improve his accuracy within his speed limitations.

Chase also helps mentor junior shooters in USPSA as they are learning the sport and working to improve. In this episode, we talk about how we shooters can help educate and support junior shooters wanting to compete.

Brian Nelson began shooting at the early age of 10. As part of his homeschool education, Brian was required to map out travel and lodging to and from shooting events, budget the cost of matches, and more as he and his dad traveled to shoot competitions.

Brian has just about shot every type of shooting competition and discipline there is, and he's good at all of it. He also gives back by putting on the Red Oktober AK match every year.

Brady Hardin is a Master Class Single Stack USPSA competitor, but he actually got started shooting in Limited. Brady realized that if he was going to carry a gun every day, that he was going to go get training and be educated on how to use his firearm.

He started shooting IDPA to get familiar with drawing from a holster, being accurate in neutralizing a target, and reloading, all while under the pressure of a timer.

Then Brady found USPSA and has since shot both IDPA and USPSA on a regular basis. He's dabbled a few times in Open and is looking forward to shooting this division more.

Tanner and Aaron met through shooting competitions. These two goobers are now completely inseparable. Invite one, you get both. Tanner shoots Open while Aaron shoots TacOps (for now), but they're still extremely competitive against each other despite the different divisions.

Tanner and Aaron share many fun stories, but one in particular about a road trip that led to staying in the lowest of low motels they've ever found. I've been lucky to have met and shot with both of them and I can say without a doubt, that squadding with them is an experience like no other.  

Aaron also puts on matches in Kentucky and makes multigun competitions friendly to the newest of shooters.

Patrick Free just reached his goal of being classified as a Grand Master in Carry Optics this year. He shares his journey of making this classification, the classes he took to learn, and what his goals going into Nationals were.

While Patrick's National competition didn't go as he expected, he shares what he learned from the experience to prepare for next year's Nationals.

Mike Hwang, AKA the Asian Persuasion, and I just recently got home from the 2021 USPSA Open/Limited Nationals. Mike placed 12th in Open and has only been shooting for a few short years. We sit down to talk about how he achieved this placement, what he worked on, and what classes he took.

We talk about traveling, shooting with friends, and setting goals from local matches to State, Area, and National competitions. We share fun stories of travels and spending time on the road with friends.
