During the interview, Marty discusses the three levels of management including Strategic, Operational, and Tactical level and how they provide for a solid leadership platform. They are all required and must be in play at the same time or your competitors will beat you. Leaders need to look at their history, current market, the economy, the evolving technology trends and more to assess how their company and product fit in today’s market. Then they need to develop programs for all three levels of management about what needs to change to be successful in the future market. Be Visionary!
