I absolutely love summer 🍓 The long nights and early mornings, the abundance of fruits and joyful gatherings. At the same time I easily feel restless if I don’t take the time to slow down in between. So this is a short guided meditation that helps you to slow down, to reconnect with yourself and become fully present again 💛
A gentle meditation for moments when you feel tired, heavy, or low on energy and want to meet yourself with more softness instead of pressure.
In this practice, I guide you into an inner smile, not as a way to pretend everything is fine, but as a tender way of softening toward yourself. Together, we create space to let the body feel heavy, to stop fighting fatigue for a moment, and to allow yourself to be exactly where you are.
This meditation is an invitation to embrace yourself with love, even when you are tired. No fixing, no pushing through, no needing to feel better immediately. Just a soft moment of permission, presence, and self-compassion.
Find a comfortable place, let your body land, and allow yourself to be held by the simple truth: you are allowed to be tired 💛
Hey everyone,
I recorded this heart-centered meditation for you to drop from the chatter in your head into the calm power of your heart.
For me, rooting ourselves in the heart is not just about emotions—it’s deeply practical. It helps us truly experience life’s beauty while also navigating its challenges with resilience, courage, and a clear sense of purpose.
I hope this meditation leaves you feeling warm and connected with yourself and the world around you 💛
I’ve made it a daily practice to allow myself not to know. Just for a few minutes, I let go of the need for answers, and it’s like a hard reset for my nervous system. Because I know how tricky this can be to do on your own, I’ve recorded a short meditation to guide you, that you can find here. If you’re someone facing a lot of open questions or trying to figure out next steps, this practice is for you. Or, if you find yourself stuck in overthinking or spiraling into self-doubt, give it a try. Not only will it help you feel calmer in the moment, but it’ll also allow you to return to those big questions later from a place of trust rather than fear. And trust me, that shift can change everything.
