Russel returns from Sabbatical and speaks to us about the command we have been given to keep Sabbath - both because it is holy and also because we are no longer slaves. By taking a day to rest, play, delight, we are standing against the pressures of the world to do more, to work harder, and to work faster. God's desire is for us to regularly stop and remind ourselves of His goodness and His love for us.
