We were live in front of a studio audience at the Central Ohio HFMA event.  My Good Friends Heather Dunn and Byung Kang (Vanderbilt) joined me on stage to talk about "IT: How to innovate and do the day to day".  It was a great coversation with two business partners that have different priorities working it out. FYI. The questions from the audience didn't come through as well so please keep that in mind.

We tacklet the incredible subject of Busyness and how we revere it in Corporate America.  We dive into the pitfalls, the layers of complexity involved and the power of the human ego all in about an hour. It's amazing! If you don't "put this on your calendar" it's a mistake.  Or are you to busy???

We wrap up Season 4 and 2022 with a special live recording in Nashville with our good friend Heather Dunn.  Tina and Ben made the trek to Nashville and recorded in a professional recording studio.  We reviewed highlights of the year and gave out our very first awards.  It was great season and want to thank you all for listening.

This week we have my good friend Sal from graduate school join us to talk Health Equity.  Sal leads Community Health Equity for the University of Alabama-Birmingham Health System.  It was a great discussion on the disparities in different communities on access to healthcare.  We also dug into the specific issue within Revenue Cycle of not having enough diverse representation in leadership.  You do NOT want to miss this one.

This week we get real and revisit Imposter Syndrome once again.  We talk with our friend Nate Sjogren about his experiences.  Ben also shares what he's currently struggling with. Our hope is that everyone can relate to this one.  It's raw, honest and has nothing to do with Revenue Cycle...or everything to do with it.
