Evangelism is a risky proposition.  The reaction to the Gospel can be negative and even violent.  Many times the church has been threatened to stop preaching the Gospel throughout the world.  Christians are often told to stop talking about Jesus by the culture and even their own families.  But when Peter and John are threatened and told to be silent about Jesus in Acts 4, they take it to the church who responds with prayer for something specific.

Evangelism is a risky proposition.  The Good News of Jesus can bring negative and even violent responses from the world.  But Peter and John in Acts 4 demonstrate the truth that when it comes to the Divine Necessity of Sharing Jesus...It Starts Here with Us.

The wife has been designed by God to play out a very specific role.  This role is one that cause many women fear and yet to not fulfill God's design sabotages the very desire of every wife.  Discover the role and how it works.

The Husband has a specific and unique ROLE in God's design of marriage.  It is one that demonstrates the relationship of Christ to the church.

We have very distinct roles in God's design for marriage.  These roles are often in conflict in marriage but not because it is a bad design...rather because the parts God uses (male/female) are defective in sin.  But there is hope...the cross isn't just for your "spiritual life" beyond...it means something here and now for your marriage.

Men and Women are very different yet God says the differences in their designs is what makes marriage good.  This foundational understanding gives reasons for us to trust in God's design of marriage between one woman and one man/Husband and Wife.

Luke 12 Jesus tells the story of a man consumed by selfishness and greed.  He calls us to listen and heed the signs of greed, and receive forgiveness and a new life of generosity.
