In episode 45, Brenton and Bryant unpack the idea of simplicity. As creatives, we tend to constantly be coming up with new ideas and new ways to create. Ideas are a must, but the art of simplicity says "less is more" and challenges us to use our best ideas rather than try to make all of them work. For example, a really great song should still be a really great song in the simplest form. There can sometimes be a temptation to overcomplicate things, and it begins to water down the content or the message we are tying to convey through what we're creating. ⏪
