In episode 57, Brenton & Bryant discuss the phrase "Everything Affects Everything"... a phrase once picked up by a guitar tech for Phil Keaggy. When intunating a guitar, every little tweak affects another subtlety somewhere else... getting it right takes time, and a natural understanding and a certain "feel".
