Revival is the hope for the nations. It requires paying a price for the long haul, but when you do it others can experience revival. We’ve entered a season where every moment and decision counts, and it’s time to get to work with what’s happening next.

God did not break His covenant with the Jews, but rather He grafted us in to include us. Our job isn’t to get the Jews to convert. The Jewish people have a history with God that they need to return to. We’re at a point in time where a revival in the nations has to involve the nation of Israel.

We need to experience the reality of the presence of God that can transform and sustain us. We need to stop being casual about the presence of God, and get back the fear of God in our lives. The fire of God will come and either refine us or destroy us based on how we approach God.

Our biggest fight for revival isn’t against other people, it’s battling within ourselves. God doesn’t share his presence with people who can take it or leave it; we need to have a desperate desire for Him! Only then will we see revival and change in America. It is not always easy and convenient to go for the things of God. Like David, sometimes we want the right thing but go about it in the wrong way. You can't take shortcuts or do the common thing to get a move of God. Are you willing to do what it takes to get revival in your life?

While revival is God’s answer to the darkness in society, it doesn’t come without a response from us. Our job is not to fill ourselves, but to empty ourselves and make room for God’s reviving power to come near.
