    Bio:

    Frida has lived and studied in Australia for 13 years and worked as a social worker. After experiencing chronic stress in her career she discovered the healing practices of mindfulness, meditation, and yoga in dealing with stress and managing challenging times. This leads her to move back to her hometown in the Philippines to start a small wellness business offering yoga, wellness talks, and stress management coaching for female founders and business owners. Today Frida is based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Through her coaching, she helps women to overcome self-doubt and stress, so they can live happier more purpose-driven lives, where they can with courage and calm, create the careers, lifestyles, and relationships that they dream of. 

    Frida is Mental Fitness Coach. She has a Graduate Diploma in Counseling and Human Services and Advanced Certification in Guiding and Teaching Meditation with the Australian Centre for Meditation & Mindfulness. She loves dancing, music, and painting, and is in a lifelong pursuit of personal development.
