Hey everyone! it's me again, moving on from the labyrinth of my mind into the labyrinth of my heart space in this next chapter. More details about my Near death Experiences to come, along with some guest creatives who share their insights & passions with me as I explore mine. Let's learn, let's grow, let's expand, and most importantly, let's get a little more Revived.

In this episode I'm coming in with accepting sometimes feeling low energy, clearer mind = uncertainty, less confidence in reflection over the course of several weeks trying to record as time went on as I took a break from the podcast.

Briefly picking back up in the new year, this is a quick intro to the power of intuition, enjoy :)

Just some self reflection on awareness, the ego, self discipline & what's ahead. This week we are joined by Riley's past self. That's right, because her voice deserves to be heard to. 

I find it incredibly beneficial to take time to self reflect on my past self, current, & future self, whether that's writing a letter, journaling a mind map, or a simple personal audio note to self. 

-In this episode I share a personal recording from an audio note of open ended thoughts & questions prompted by my past self for my future self at ~24mins.

-Think of a power trip mantra formed from reaching the ultimate point of being fed up tripping over yourself, where excuses for limitations, dreams, or self doubt receive the conscious shock wave of reality needing to pulse through to your core self, to wake up & fully start living, to breathe new life feeling alive.

(This was after my 2nd NDE last year, so the rushing feelings from that experience were at play, with what exists beyond the bubble I was living in, & the realization I'd been living in a trance of dissociation, & needed a rude awakening, which I fully received.)
