  • Women that Rock Pt2
    Hey Rosies,
This podcast was prerecorded before Friday, September 18, 2020. We are heartbroken over the death of Ruth Bader Ginsburg, she was a truly revolutionary boss ass bitch and we morn with our country over our loss. Take a moment to reflect and feel the sorrow, but know that tomorrow we must all pick up the torch she held strongly until her death and continue to fight in her absence, in her honor.
    Love,
    Betty and Vivienne
Continuing Women that Rock Pt2, Vivienne takes us to London in the 70's to learn about Poly Styrene and we find that Zoom podcasting can cause some jump scares, but we are figuring it out.

  • LIVE Red Tent Revival
Welcome to February Rosies! This month we're bringing you back to back LIVE shows, starting with this amazing event hosted by Tickles and Pokes to help provide sanitary needs for those people suffering in period poverty! You can find them on their wonderful journey at https://www.ticklesandpokes.com/ (https://www.ticklesandpokes.com/)
In this episode Betty avidly talks about Carol Downer and her fight for abortion rights through female education and Vivienne takes us through some bloody cool period facts.
Not that this podcast has ever been, but just a note that we are very candid and descriptive about abortions and periods in this episode so NSFW and an children you're not prepared to have that talk with. Although as you might find in this episode, that talk might be appropriate much sooner than you think.
Also, this is a live episode with background noise that we had no control over, we do not have rights to any music you may here in the background.
