February 01, 2023 Ep. 28 How to Stop Yo-yo Dieting and Reestablish a Loving Relationship with Your Body
In this episode, I have the pleasure of speaking with Tracy Cromwell.
Tracy is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Certified Personal Trainer. She opened her practice in 2015 and is passionate about working with Confused and Frustrated Dieters! Why? Because she was one! In 2006, after 22 years of Yo-Yo Dieting, body shaming, and high anxiety she was diagnosed with Pre-Diabetes. She was devastated! Two years later, she lost her job as a Residential Construction Project Manager and Estimator. Again, she was devastated!
However, what looked at the time as utter failure was a launching pad for her to learn how to take care of herself, appreciate and love her body, and appreciate and love her life. Thus, she went back to school to get the training she needed to help others who were in a similar or the same predicament she was in. Since then, she has helped hundreds of people leave the Yo-Yo Dieting lifestyle behind, gain confidence and LOVE their relationship with food as well as LOVE their relationship with themselves and their life! Tracy is passionate about her coaching career and loves seeing her clients succeed!
Tracy lives in Washington State with her two kitties, Rampage Buddha-Boy and Annabelle. When she’s not coaching clients, she loves spending time singing with Choir of the Sound, biking, hiking, and boating with friends and family.
