Jennifer Tirey, Executive Director Illinois Pork Producers, talked with RFD Radio’s Rita Frazer about a special fly-in to DC this week. Tirey along with her pork producer leaders, traveled to Washington and were able to talk with legislators about the potential impact of Prop 12 on the industry, and made another push for assistance in a farm bill moved this spring.
