K. Michelle continues her health journey by meeting with her surgeon to discuss reconstructive options. After more than 15 surgeries and years of complications from silicone injections, the doctor strongly advises against implants and recommends alternative procedures using donor fat. The conversation highlights the physical and emotional toll of her long battle with cosmetic surgery complications.

One of the episode's most emotional storylines centers on Angela and her daughter Amari. Angela believes Amari should be honest with her younger siblings about being married to her longtime partner, while Amari feels the information is private and irrelevant.
