We return to Spain and enjoy an elegant dinner, filled with cultured guests who witness the group being blown away that Erika knows anything beyond how many carats the earrings (that a bunch of diabetes clients unknowingly bought her) were. We're spared from anyone mentioning Sutton's esophagus in this episode but we're forced to hear about how heroic the women felt 8.5 Anne was for saying scary medical terms as Crystal waited for her ambulance, and as Dorit stood by with a "ludicrously capacious" bag.
