RHOM--Lisa vs. Larsa: The Breakdown & the Breakthrough

The ladies arrive at Villa Toscana for the Goddess Party, surrounded by mirrors covered in phrases defining narcissism. Alexia thinks everyone is missing the point—it’s not just about Todd, she believes they’re all narcissists. Lisa, however, turns the party into a photo shoot, oblivious to the event’s deeper meaning.

Stephanie apologizes to Lisa, and the two hug it out. Tensions escalate during a “Red Flag” game where each woman anonymously calls out behaviors like “talks about themselves too much” and “lacks accountability.” Unsurprisingly, Lisa receives most of the red flags—including for playing the victim. Larsa piles on, and a full-blown Lisa vs. Larsa fight breaks out.

Julia opens up about being deeply hurt by Guerdy and wonders how to move forward. Guerdy reminds her that she was physically assaulted and there’s more context than Julia acknowledges.

Meanwhile, Adriana calls out the narcissism of the whole moment and comforts Lisa in the bathroom. Guerdy encourages Larsa to speak with Lisa, but Larsa brushes off the suggestion. Other moments bring emotional depth: Julia meets with a social worker about adopting her sons, Stephanie reflects on estranged family relationships, and Guerdy and Russell attend couples therapy post-cancer diagnosis. Guerdy reveals past trauma from her childhood, adding new layers to her emotional responses.

Later, Lisa and Larsa attempt a tense one-on-one dinner. The meeting spirals when Larsa accuses Lisa of tipping off paparazzi, calling her "full of sh*t." Lisa cries in the bathroom and phones Alexia, while Larsa watches Trump videos at the table. Eventually, they come back to the table and manage to exchange apologies. They both admit they’ve made mistakes, say “I love you,” and hug—tentatively patching things up.
