[ESP] ¡Saludos, comunidad deportiva! Iniciando la semana con 6 ejercicios brutales para desarrollar toda la parte superior del cuerpo, es una selección de ejercicios bastante completa si queremos ejercitar el torso, combinando varios grupos musculares como los hombros, los pectorales, bíceps, tríceps, la espalda y abdominales.
El primer ejercicio son las Flexiones en pica, como verán la mecánica es diferente a las flexiones cotidianas, estas involucran más el uso de los hombros, los tríceps y los trapecios; son una excelente variación para mejorar en las paradas de manos.
El segundo ejercicio son los Remos con mancuernas, enfocados en trabajar toda la espalda, pero especialmente trapecios, romboides y dorsales, yo suelo comenzarlos con una mecánica más amplia apuntándole a los romboides y cuando alcanzo el fallo, termino con algunas repeticiones pasando las mancuernas más pegadas al cuerpo, apuntándole a las dorsales.
El tercer ejercicio son los Jalones a la cara, este es uno de mis ejercicios preferidos ya que además de fortalecer la espalda, ayudan a corregir la postura de los hombros al trabajar los manguitos rotadores.
El cuarto ejercicio son las clásicas Flexiones declinadas, el ángulo de estas flexiones con los pies elevados concentra el esfuerzo en la parte superior de los pectorales.
El quinto ejercicio es un clásico también, se trata de los ’Curls’ martillos para bíceps, es una gran opción para desarrollar los brazos.
Por último, el sexto ejercicio de esta sesión, son las
Escaladas en plancha, excelentes para ejercitar los músculos abdominales, las realicé en un banco porque la lluvia había mojado todo el piso, pero pueden realizarse en cualquier lugar.
-Antes de hacer ejercicios de alta intensidad, es importante realizar un previo calentamiento con algunos ejercicios más sencillos que eleven nuestro ritmo cardiaco y preparen los músculos para la sesión.
-Todas las series en esta sesión son realizadas hasta el fallo, y de cada ejercicio es recomendable realizar entre 3 y 4 series.
-El ‘Fallo’ es cuando ya no podemos realizar otra repetición y el número de repeticiones que alcanzamos determinará el tipo de entrenamiento.
-Por último, me parece bueno recordar la importancia de mantenernos hidratados durante el entrenamiento y realizar estiramientos regularmente luego del ejercicio.
[ENG] Greetings, sports community! Starting the week with 6 brutal exercises to develop the entire upper body, it is a fairly complete selection of exercises if we want to exercise the core, combining various muscle groups such as the shoulders, pectorals, biceps, triceps, back and abs.
The first exercise are the Pike Push Ups, as you will see the mechanics are different from everyday Push Ups, these involve more use of the shoulders, triceps and trapezius muscles; these are an excellent variation to improve on handstands.
The second exercise is the Dumbbell Rows, focused on working the entire back, but especially traps, rhomboids and lats, I usually start them with a broader mechanics targeting the rhomboids and when I reach failure, I finish with a few repetitions passing the dumbbells closer to the body, aiming more at the dorsals.
The third exercise is the Face Pulls, this is one of my favorite exercises since in addition to strengthening the back, it helps correct the posture of the shoulders by working the rotator cuffs.
The fourth exercise is the classic Decline Push Ups, the angle of these Push Ups with our feet elevated concentrates the effort on the upper part of the pectorals.
The fifth exercise is a classic too, the Biceps Hammers Curls, it is a great option to develop the arms.
Finally, the sixth exercise of this session, are the
Plank Climbers, excellent for exercising the abdominal muscles, I did them on a bench because the rain had wet the entire floor, but they can be done anywhere.
Data and recommendations:
-Before doing high-intensity exercises, it is important to warm up with some simpler exercises that raise our heart rate and prepare the muscles for the session.
-All the series in this session are performed until failure, and of each exercise it is recommended to perform between 3 and 4 series.
-The 'Failure' is when we can no longer perform another repetition and the number of repetitions that we reach will determine the type of training.
-Finally, I think it's good to remember the importance of staying hydrated during training and stretching regularly after exercise.
